Delivery and Shipping Details

Netherlands: Orders placed before 4:30 PM are shipped the same day. Germany, Belgium, Austria: Delivery within 1-2 business days. France: Delivery within 2-5 business days. Other EU countries: Delivery within 2-5 business days. Custom or made-to-order items: Delivery typically takes 6 weeks, depending on your location and order volume.

Import Duties and Taxes

Customers are responsible for covering any applicable import duties or fees. All standard and express international shipments are sent DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) from Asia. We do not collect VAT, duties, or taxes, and we cannot estimate these costs. You may need to pay additional fees to clear customs and receive your package. As we ship to over 20 countries, some destinations may require Collect on Delivery (COD) fees, payable to the local courier. Son Aurelia does not collect these fees and has no control over charges set by local authorities.

Order Responsibility and Risk

To maintain fast delivery times, we are unable to modify or cancel orders after they are placed. If you entered an incorrect shipping address, please reach out to us immediately at info@son-aurelia.com.

Delivery timelines provided are estimates, and Son Aurelia is not liable for losses or damages due to reasonable or unavoidable delays. Once an order is shipped, we are not responsible for any loss or damage during transit.

If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery window, please contact us within 30 days of the shipping date via email to initiate a review. After 30 days, we can no longer investigate, as delivery verification documents are unavailable. Son Aurelia cannot be held responsible if we are not notified within this 30-day period.
