Shipping Policy Son Aurelia Jewelry

Netherlands and Belgium: 1 working day.

Germany: 1-2 working days.

Austria: 2-3 working days.

France: 2-3 working days.
- Other EU countries: 2-5 working days.
- Outside EU: 6-9 working days.
Custom-made/personalized jewelry: Engravings, name necklaces, custom tennis bracelets, etc., have a production time of 2-4 weeks. As soon as your jewelry is ready, you'll receive a shipping confirmation with track & trace.
Taxes & Import Duties Orders outside the EU are shipped from our workshops (including Asia) on a DDU (Delivered Duties Unpaid) basis. This means that all import duties, VAT, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient. Son Aurelia Jewelry does not calculate or collect these fees upfront and has no influence on the amount charged by your local customs. Upon delivery, the carrier (e.g., DHL, FedEx, or local mail) may ask you to pay these fees before releasing the package.
Address Changes & Cancellations: Once your order has been submitted to our studio or shipping partner, we unfortunately cannot process address changes or cancellations. Therefore, please check your delivery address carefully before completing payment. Did you make a mistake? Please email us at info@son-aurelia.com as soon as possible – the sooner you send us your order, the better our chances of correcting it.
Risk & Responsibility: The stated delivery times are always an estimate. Son Aurelia Jewelry is not liable for delays due to carriers, customs, or force majeure. The risk lies with the carrier from the moment of shipment. Should your package unexpectedly become damaged or lost, we are happy to assist you with a claim.
Didn't receive your package? Please contact us within 30 days of the shipping date at info@son-aurelia.com . After this period, we unfortunately can no longer initiate an investigation with the carrier, as proof of shipment will no longer be available.
