You have 30 calendar days from the date of receipt to request a return or exchange. To be eligible, the jewelry must:

  • are unused and unworn
  • in the original condition and packaging (including protective film, box and tag)
  • show no traces of makeup, perfume or hair

Start your return easily by sending an email to info@son-aurelia.com . We'll then immediately send you the return address and further instructions.

  • Return shipping costs are at your own expense
  • Exchanging is completely free: we will pay for the shipping of the new piece of jewelry.

Refund process Once we receive and approve your return, we'll process the refund to your original payment method within 3-4 business days. Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take another 2-5 business days for the funds to appear in your account.

Refused, unclaimed, or returned-to-sender packages If a package is refused, not collected from a collection point, or returned to us by the sender, it will be returned to our international workshop. We can only issue a refund once the jewelry has actually arrived and been inspected. If the package ultimately doesn't reach us, a refund is unfortunately not possible.

Exchange process If your exchange is approved, we'll ship the new jewelry within 3-4 business days of receiving your return. You'll automatically receive a track & trace code.

Promotional products Free items from promotions (e.g., "buy 2, get 1 free") cannot be refunded, only exchanged. If you return a paid item but keep the free one, the value of the free item will be deducted from your refund.

Non-returnable items For hygienic reasons and because they are made especially for you, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • All earrings
  • Personalized or engraved jewelry
  • Items marked as “Final Sale”
