  • To process and ship your order: name, delivery address, email address, telephone number and payment details (required for the agreement).
  • For customer service and contact: name, email address and the content of your messages (legitimate interest: providing good service).
  • For personalized engraving: the names, dates or symbols you provide (necessary for the agreement).
  • For our newsletter and marketing: your email address (only with your permission; you can unsubscribe at any time).
  • To analyze and improve our website: IP address, surfing behavior and device data via cookies (only with your consent via the cookie banner).

4. How long do we retain your data?

  • Order and account data: 7 years (legal tax retention obligation)
  • Contact conversations (WhatsApp/email): maximum 2 years after the last contact
  • Newsletter subscription: until the moment of unsubscribing

5. Who do we share your data with?

Only with parties necessary to fulfill your order, such as payment providers (Mollie, Klarna, iDEAL, etc.), shipping partners (PostNL, DHL), our accounting software, the webshop platform (Shopify), and possibly an engraving partner (only the text to be engraved). We never sell your data to third parties for commercial purposes.
